What You'll Learn
Each month, you’ll complete a module with:
An in-depth e-learning module at your own pace
A practical challenge or reflection activity
A live, expert-led webinar with a cohort of fellow leaders
Plus downloadable tools, templates, and real-time discussion boards for support in between.
Each quarterly phase runs over 3 months, and includes 3 focused modules.

Build grounded self-awareness, credibility, and leadership presence.
- Self-Awareness & Leadership Identity:
Define your values, strengths, and blind spots. Activate your DiSC profile to shift from reactive to intentional leadership. Explore how gender dynamics can shape the way your leadership style is seen by others. - Confident Communication: Learn how to set boundaries, give feedback, and build credibility in everyday interactions. Practice communication strategies that help women’s voices be heard clearly and confidently, even in environments where feedback is filtered through bias.

Strengthen empathy, psychological safety, and emotional regulation while navigating internal narratives like imposter syndrome. Explore how confidence gaps often play out differently for women, and develop strategies to challenge them.
2. Lead with Influence
Navigate power dynamics, tension, and complex relationships.

Build lateral influence and adapt your style to move ideas forward. Learn practical ways to balance assertiveness and approachability, and reframe visibility as a leadership strength. - Leading Up & Across:
Navigate stakeholders, speak to senior leaders, and increase your visibility in ways that enhance credibility. Explore how to challenge ideas without being dismissed as “difficult,” and how to get heard in spaces where women’s input is often minimized. - Conflict Resolution & Mediation:

What if I’m new to leadership?
You don’t need years of experience to benefit from this program. Whether you’re leading a team for the first time or stepping into more responsibility, this program helps you build confidence, core leadership skills, and real-world strategies from the start.
You’ll also learn alongside women at different stages of their leadership journey, so you can grow through both expert coaching and peer insight.
I’m already in a senior leadership role—will I still get value from this program?

What if I'm too busy to commit?
We get it—you’re already juggling a lot. This program is designed with this in mind,
You can expect to spend about 5–10 hours per month, including live sessions, on-demand content, and optional peer mentoring. The material is self-paced, and all live sessions are recorded, so you can catch up anytime.
The goal isn’t to add more to your plate — it’s to help you lead more effectively, with less stress and more clarity.
How interactive is the program?
This isn’t a passive course you watch once and forget.
Each module combines structured content with live coaching, peer mentoring, mastermind-style discussions, and practical tools.
Whether you thrive in small group settings or prefer personal reflection, there are multiple ways to engage and apply what you learn.
You’ll also receive 1:1 coaching to help personalize the experience to your unique leadership context.
What if I miss a live session?
No problem. All live sessions are recorded and shared with participants, so you’ll never miss out on key insights or discussions. You’ll also have access to the leadership community to keep the conversation going between sessions.
What are payment options? Can my company cover the cost?
We offer flexible payment plans to make the investment more accessible. You can choose to pay in full or in installments over 3 or 6 months.
Many participants are also able to use professional development funding through their employer. We’ll support you with a business case template and talking points to help you secure funding.
This program is also eligible under the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG), which may reimburse employers for up to 50% of the cost. If your organization is investing in your growth, we’ll help you explore that option.
How is this program different from other leadership training?

Read this before you go
I majored in Women’s Studies in university (back when low-rise jeans were in), and I thought I’d be changing the world from the outside. I pictured myself as an activist, pushing for gender equity, rewriting the rules, and shaking up the system.
And while a lot has changed since then (thankfully, including those jeans), some things haven’t. Women in leadership still face double standards, bias, and the exhausting balancing act of being seen as “strong enough” but not “too strong.” We’re still expected to do more to prove ourselves—while somehow making it all look effortless.
I created Leadership, Powered by Women because leadership isn’t something women need to “fix” in themselves. We deserve better tools, stronger networks, and a space to practice, learn, and grow together. It’s about making leadership work for you, on your terms.
This program is about community, confidence, and strategy. We want to give you the tools, conversations, and connections—so you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Because true leadership is about leading together.
