1. Your Personalized DiSC® Management Assessment + Profile
Before the session, you’ll complete the Everything DiSC® Management Assessment on the Catalyst platform. You’ll receive a 27-page personalized report with:
- Your natural management style and priorities
- Tips for directing, delegating, and developing others
- Strategies for working with people who have different styles
- Insights for building a better relationship with your own manager
2. Two Half-Day Live Virtual Sessions – January 21st & January 28th, 2026
- Explore your profile with the guidance of a certified facilitator

3. Private 1:1 Coaching Session

Do I need to be an experienced manager to attend?
No. This program is for anyone in a management or supervisory role, or preparing to step into one. It works whether you’ve been leading for years or are new to managing people.
What if I can’t attend one of the live sessions?
Live participation is best so you can engage with the group, but if you can’t attend a session, you’ll receive a recording to watch on your own. You can also use your 1:1 coaching call to talk through the material you missed and how to apply it.
Will I need to do anything before the session?
Yes. You’ll complete your DiSC® Management Assessment online before the first session. This takes about 20 minutes and ensures you’ll have your personalized profile ready for the training.
Will this still help me if my team isn’t taking it with me?
Absolutely. You’ll learn how to identify and work with all DiSC® styles — so you can apply it immediately with your current team members, even if they haven’t done the assessment.
How many spots are available?
We keep the group small so every participant gets time, attention, and space to apply the concepts to their own situations. Once it’s full, registration closes.
